Andrew Coyne on the Coalition

Andrew Coyne, editor of MacLeans magasine is Harper's head cheerleader. It is most obvious on his weekly appearance on the CBC with Chantel Hébert and Allan Greg. His bias is so extreme, he really should not try to pretend to be a pundit. He should appear as a Conservative spokesperson.

To my great surprise he predicted that Harper's government will fall this week. As expected, he is furious about it and thinks it is terribly unfair.

Ms. Hébert said the odds are 100% it will fall, within a year.

Mr. Greg, the most coalition-friendly of the pundits, predicted 50-50 odds.

This is odd. Usually supporters are the ones who predict overly optimistic outcomes for their team.
